Crazymad, for Me, CMAT

CMAT is a rising icon for all my pop/country girls; she quite literally has the "flaming locks of auburn hair" that stole Dolly Parton's "Jolene" away, and apparently wants to "be a cowboy (baby)"? I've followed her since I saw her support Declan McKenna's Zero's tour in 2022, and was very excited for this album. I was incredibly happy with this record, with "California" and "Stay for Something" being the melancholic angry anthems I wanted from such a powerhouse of an artist. As much as I could rant about the brilliance of this album, it's one you need to listen to yourself. Let me know your thoughts over on Twitter (or X whatever I'm old)!
